FactoryE
Helps factory floor supervisors log and report shift activity without touching a keyboard.
Mission
Factory floor supervisors at our apparel supplier - across Thailand, Vietnam, and China - are dictating stock reports and replenishment needs into voice notes, and a human transcriber is manually entering them into the ERP, then calling supervisors back when something doesn't add up. It's slow, it doesn't scale, and it breaks across three languages. This agent owns the full transcriber workflow: it receives voice notes via Telegram or DingTalk in Thai, Vietnamese, or Mandarin, transcribes them, checks them against replicated ERP validation logic, asks follow-up questions back through the same channel when numbers don't make sense, and once the data is clean, packages it into a structured Excel file for the operations lead to upload into the ERP.
How It Works
Voice Input
Supervisors dictate stock reports via Telegram or DingTalk in Thai, Vietnamese, or Mandarin
ERP Validation
Checks SKUs, stock ranges, and production targets. Asks clarifying questions when anomalies detected
Excel Output
Generates clean, ERP-uploadable Excel file delivered to operations lead via magic link
What "Working" Looks Like
This POC demonstrates the core workflow with simulated data.
Headline success
Demo OnlyAgent replicates the current transcriber workflow - transcribing voice notes in Thai, Vietnamese, and Mandarin, catching the same anomalies the ERP would flag, resolving them conversationally with supervisors, and producing a clean uploadable Excel file for the operations lead.
Measurement: Zero invented numbers in output; Excel passes ERP upload without manual correction
